Alaska Marine Highway System map print
Between 10% and 15% of Alaskans have no access to the national road network, so they have to rely on the state ferry system and airplanes to get around. My parents were thinking about taking a trip to Alaska, and so it only seemed natural to design a map for them to use while planning their trip by boat. (They're not really the kinds of people to take a cruise.) This is the system as of September 2018.
